They gave us a brand-new room with a different design and a "better" view, for example. The location was exceptionally nice: shopping centers and a local market were within walking distance.  

I was here for 8 nights and ate at indoor restaurant with great food. The bathroom was particularly good with a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet. The location of the hotel was fantastic, in the water park. 

The location was excellent and incredible, close enough to a Park / Garden as well as a bustling international airport terminal. Luckily it was close to Juliet's Cafe, had pastries there when it was particularly hot outside.  

Don't hesitate to order American breakfast as it's superb. The hotel's location is decent and the staff are patient and helpful.

Recently refurbished place with very efficient staff and spectacular views. What a real good stay, nothing to complain about.

Great value for money, large clean rooms with spacious balconies. Friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of activities for kids. Convenient shuttle service to nearby malls.

The location is favourable and fantastic, in Pattaya center. I really enjoyed my room - extremely spacious and absolutely perfect with good view.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a very very good time. The location couldn't be more nice in the Club tower. It was also close enough to the new adventure park and Centara Grand Mirage. There were a work desk, a flat-screen 

The atmosphere of the hotel is family! The positives include marvellous and decent location and parking on site.

Actually everything was superb, my next choice again in Pattaya. The American breakfast had lots of options for all tastes.
